Jen served her community as a firefighter/paramedic for 5 years. She went on to work in a level 1 trauma center. That opportunity inspired her to continue pursuing a career in nursing. Jen went to nursing school and graduated with a BSN. For the past 5 years, she has continued to dedicate her time and talents to the level 1 trauma center that inspired her ambitions years ago. That trauma center is one of the highest performing donor hospitals in the nation. The culture of donation at that facility inspired her to be a part of it. She went on to work with her local OPO, responding to new referrals and evaluating donor suitability.
